Bookings: These are considered final after a deposit of about 30% by postal order, bank transfer or credit card via Internet with secure and protected system.
Payment procedures: In cash (to 5.000,00), bancomat or credit card.
Deposit: a deposit payment is required in order to confirm a booking. In the event of cancellation by the 10th day prior to arrival, the deposit payment can be reused for another period during the same summer or at the very latest by the year following the booking (subject to availability and with the same minimum holiday duration). In the event of a cancellation made after this deadline or in the event of failure to arrive, the deposit will be kept by way of penitential deposit (Art. 1386 of the Italian Civil Code), as penalty for withdrawal.
Hotel: Rates are per person per day, for a minimum stay of three days. For shorter stays a 20/30% surcharge is made. Rates include: VAT, TV, safebox, air-conditioning and fridge. There is no reduction for meals not taken.
Residence: Stays are weekly with arrival and departure on Saturdays. Apartments are at disposal from 2 pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure. Rates are per week, per apartment and number of people (including children). They include: VAT, electricity, water, bed linen, bathroom linen with mid-week change and cleaning of night areas (excluding kitchen), TV and safe-box. The choice of restaurant service (b&b, half-board and fullboard) must be notifi ed on booking. A caution payment of Euro 150 is required on arrival. This will be refunded on departure. The balance of payment for the apartment must be made on arrival.
Free amenities: Use of swimming pools, sun-beds and sunshades around the pool, the children’s games, the entertainment program and the Mini Club, the Mini Tennis court, the Tennis court (to be booked), towels for the beach/pool, Wireless and the car-park. The use of bikes is free.
Late check-out: must be requested and incurs an extra charge. Use of the swimming pools and services after check-out time also incurs a surcharge.
Local Tax Pay upfront
The City of Cesenatioc has set up the Tourist Tax. The amount is € 2.00 per person per day for up to 7 days; children up to 14 years free of charge.
The images and maps of the rooms/apartments in the price lists represent the general outlines, the actual equipment may be different. No picture has been altered to the computer. Each photograph is faithful to reality and is made within the structures.
