Lots of low-temperature cooking to safeguard the flavour and wholesomeness of the food. Attention and care also for special menus: children, vegetarians, dietetic and coeliacs. A la carte restaurant service, everything fresh and freshly made, fast and punctual (not self-service).
To enjoy outdoors in the swimming pool garden, breakfast at the Valverde Hotel is the best possible way to start the day. The buffet includes the mouth-watering treats created by our pastry chefs, organic products such as the honey from our farm, cereal and fresh fruit juices, homemade bread from sourdough as well as bread from our trusted baker of choice.

Every morning, at breakfast, we offer a vast choice of different honeys to try and at lunch and dinner our honey is served with assorted cheeses.
